In October 2008 Kevin and I opened a little kitchen in Red Hook Brooklyn. Kevin has an ever-changing a la carte menu and we're providing food for a variety of events.

A graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, Kevin was executive chef at Wings Point East Hampton for fifteen years. He has run a bistro in Cobble Hill, Sam's, and was partner in a Brooklyn catering house. This past year we/ve catered three off-site weddings, A 500-guest Regatta Bash on Governors Island, five festivals, and numerous in-house private parties.

In the past, Kevin's menus have included a three-station wedding banquet with an International flair, a “Kids can Cook” birthday party where young guests learned to prepare a 4-course meal, and he delivered a sit down dinner for twelve that the hostess served with ease. Some clients ask him to drop off a simple wine and cheese platter or crudités for cocktail parties, others brainstorm unique dishes for special occasions like Lobster Cantonese or Grand-pan Paella..

Kevin's bistro is open from Thursday to Sunday for brunch and dinner. We also schedule monthly group or private tastings. Please take a look to our homepage to see sample menus and you-tube videos of the restaurant.
